SUSTAINABILITY · CPI EQUIPMENT

Efficiency by Design,
Not by Marketing.

Real sustainability is measured and engineered. Every component of the ODIN systems starts with CFD simulations, field validation, and continuous measurement.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Three Levels of Efficiency.

At CPI, sustainability is built into the physical design, the operation, and the system's auditing.

01
PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY

CFD-Optimized Diffusers

Each diffuser's geometry starts with computational fluid dynamics simulations. We maximize transfer per unit of energy before manufacturing the first part.

02
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

Only What's Needed, When It's Needed

Adaptive proportional control. The system modulates flow in real time based on each cage's actual demand. No overconsumption.

03
AUDITED EFFICIENCY

Every Gram Measured and Reconciled

Thermal mass sensors measure actual gas. 1:1 traceability against the supplier invoice. Savings stop being a claim — they become exportable data.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT

Built to Last.

Systems built to operate for years in marine conditions. Selected materials, replaceable components, and an operating model that keeps every unit active.

01

Materials for marine conditions

HDPE, stainless steel, and alloys selected to resist saline corrosion and UV radiation.

02

Replaceable components

Diffusers, sensors, and modules are replaceable. Equipment isn't discarded — it's upgraded.

03

Modular architecture

Every ODIN system adapts and scales without replacing all installed hardware.

04

Continuous active cycle

Rental model: every unit returns to CPI Puerto Varas, gets serviced, and rejoins operation.
